Obviously someone with an axe to grind is clueless. He is the best ever. He reads everything, and is available for students. Zarra's tough standards make you shape up. If you ever take him you'll see excellence across the board. Zarra rules, and one of the kindest human beings on the face of the earth. He is one popular professor person.
