At first I wasn't a fan of him - intimidating but as the semester went on I realized he was actually a nice guy - will call you out if you're not paying attention, decent amount of work, not unbearable, very knowledgeable and helpful though. Seems like he really cares about the success of his students which I really enjoyed.

Consistently heavy workload. He is definitely a nice guy but he acts like every student wants to be an accountant and that his class is our main priority and don't have homework in other classes. Must go to class and do the homework then the class isn't too hard but it takes effort

Prof. Phillip is a difficult professor, but he understands each and everyone of his students. I remember emailing him at like 4am telling him I wasn't ready to take his exam. He emailed me back told me I had another week to study. He's full of love for his students and is dedicated to preparing us for the real world.

This guy is ridiculous. I sent in a doctor's note explaining an absence due to being diagnosed with a GI issue...he sent back that my note was insufficient, that I would be docked all the absences, and that I should get a second opinion, because he had the same issues and he had none of the issues stated. NEVER will I take a class with him again.

He is an awesome guy but I absolutely loathe his teaching style. He assigns homework for almost every class which would be fine except he doesn't teach the concepts until after the homework is due. The study groups saved me.

he is a nice person,however this is not an easy class.lots of homework,group projects, 2 midterms 1 final,take attendance very seriously, he knows his material, but not necessary good at teaching it, not an easy grader.

Loves his students, wants them to succeed. If you are willing to focus and want to learn this is the class for you. It wasn't easy but his method of teaching greatly helped me understand accounting. Easily the class I enjoyed the most and was most involved in.

This class was insane. Soo much work for nothing. The project was a waste of time and a crap load of work. For all of you that are going to take this class I feel sorry for you and good luck. Eustace is a pretty cool guy tho. Make him talk about Shandy's! Great guy class SUCKED!
