She is clearly the worst teacher ever. Her lectures are really boring, she keep reading the book (you can do exactly the same on your own). She barely speak directly to the students and she didn't help anyone for the group project. It's definitely a teacher that you don't want to have.

This course was a huge disappointment! I had high expectations for retailing - learn about new strategies, sales, customer service, trends, etc... NOPE! This professor is stuck in the 1900s and is refusing to budge. She has very strict guidelines and shuns innovative products, services, and concepts. I recommend taking B2B marketing instead!

I do not recommend taking this teacher, her lectures are long and boring and are not helpful for tests. I've had some bad teachers in Concordia but this one takes the cake! I won't be taking another class with her as a teacher for sanity sake!

Francine is one of the sweetest teachers I have ever met. She is a great person and will help you greatly if you get along with her. Unfortunately, her classes are not very uplifting, it's very hard to concentrate during her power points. She does not provide any life examples and during the exam and project she is a very tough grader. Not recomndd

professor Jones knows a lot about Marketing and has an impressive CV worked with top marketing companies therefore real life examples given in class are helpful. Out of all section she'll prepare you best for exams and tells you exactly what will be asked. Study her slides by <3 to get an A. tough greater on project simply cause that's her domain.

Very hard marker! she says if you follow her syllabus you'll get an A for sure, that's a lie. We followed every word from "course pack" and ended up with a B. Makes an easy course hard and boring! memorize her slides word for word if you want to pass the exams! AVOID

She is very picky with all types of format and that is where you loose all of your marks, easy marker when it comes to oral presentations. Very nice teacher, but all the theory she teaches is irrelevant compared to the book (she teaches grammar?) do practice questions to do well on exams. Still ended the class with an A-

I agree with the 3 comments below. Scratchy, irritating voice. Exceptionally boring and demanding. She made me uninterested in Marketing, which is my major. Reads off slides, does not prepare you well for exams. Quizzed are hard. She graded the project fairly, but all in all, I wish I had never taken her. Avoid.

This class is meant to be a GPA Booster but not with her. She is a hard marker and also inconsistent with her grading. If you don't follow her course packs, you're doomed. She's a hard marker on writing assignments but fair in presentations. She LOVES to talk about her past jobs. If you want this to be an interesting class or a GPA boost, avoid!

Francine is hard to take in large doses. Her lectures are dull, and her voice isn't angelic either. The key to succeeding in her course is following her instructions to the T. Do not try and be creative. Do not try and impress. Literally use her template, but change the words; that's what she wants. I got an A-, but worked for it.

I have mixed feelings about her. She is not the one who grades papers, so her students are every hard grader! She is easy grading presentations though. She expects you will do exactly what she wants, and you cannot go away from what she says, even if you have a reason to it. Attendance is mandatory.

She takes of points for no reason,very hard marker(not normal)and also very confusing as to what she expects,follow the hand out examples and still end up with very démotivating grade. actions dont promote higher learning and expects sudents to know how to do assignments professionally 1st time.Comm 210 an easy GPA Booster!
