Mrs. Stayter truly cares about the field of education, and you can tell that through her teaching. She is very demanding when it comes to the work load and the quality of your work, but it is worth it in the end. I learned more in her 236 and 284 classes than i did in all of my other education classes combined.

She does not explain anything clearly. She is constantly e-mailing us. When you ask her a question she does not answer it clearly like you are supposed to know what she means. Has the same assignment listed on the syllabus and blackboard and does not tell you which to go by. Overall unorganized.

Horrible. Would hand out something then expect it next week as if she had assigned it (never wanted to hear she made a mistake either). Took course as req'd for Sec. ED- made no effort to make the course relevent to me. Unorganized and unclear. AWFUL

She has two very different sides to her - she treats the students like they are in 2nd grade but she also can be very helpful when you are unclear about something. Demanding w/ assignments and work. Doesn't really have a sense of humor.

She is the worst teacher I have ever had. She gives work wothout explaining it and is the most unorganized professor I have ever seen. She expects you to be on top of things, when she has zero organizational skills.Seems sweet but really is not that nice.
