GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! He really loves teaching and helping his students succeed. You need to put in the effort, but he will meet you wherever your capabilities reach. His supplemental material is wonderful and definitely adds more understanding for each respective topic. The world needs more teachers like him.

Romero is one of the best math professors in csudh. If you go to class and do the assignments you will pass with an A. He gives you study guide before exams and goes over them before the exam. Make sure to Watch the videos before each lecture.

He genuinely cares for his students. Make sure you go to class so you won't be behind on notes & it helps when you have questions about material. We didn't have to use any textbooks. All the materials you'll need is his online notes. He does give worksheets which he will go over the next day. Funny guy & pushes students to interact with 1 another

Professor Romero is the best math teacher I have had. Many friends of mine said stats 131 was difficult towards the end but Mr. Romero teaches so good I did not have one problem. He does not take attendance and if you watch his videos you will pass with an easy A!! Overall great personality and one of the best classes I have took.

Awesome teacher. Take him for MAT131 if you need the pre-req for OMG321. Super helpful and overall a nice teacher you'll enjoy. There are a couple of exams and a final that cumulative. You have quizzes here and there that aren't too bad along with some hw assignments here and there as well. No textbook needed. Doesn't take roll. Take him!

He's a really great teacher and although my class was online I'd kind of wish I had it in class instead. He's really specific on how you can pass, keep up and stay consistent with your work, oh and definitely STUDY!!! the class is overall easy but not an easy A class you put your half and you'll be sure to pass!

EXCELLENT TEACHER!! I hate math with a passion and this class was going to kill me. BUT it didn't! Prof. Romero explained it so well and so easy for me to understand that there was no way (without me doing my part of course)that I could not pass. He deserves a raise and some best teacher nominations. I passed AND i understood the subject. TAKE HIM!

Mr. Romero is indeed one of the best math teachers out there. Excellent. He explains in away, so that you get it. If you don't get it he will help during office hrs. It's apparent by the preparation that he puts into his class, that he wants his students to learn the material and do well. He makes stats interesting, & not boring. Amazing Professor.

Very clear and he'll teach you to remember what you need to learn in the class in interesting way, and you won't feel left out of his lecture. He let the student do some experiments in class/ outside class which is super fun for me. The text book he used for the class is not expensive. Absolutely take is professor.

THE BEST MATH INSTRUCTOR AT CSUDH, HANDS DOWN! I took both his Beginning Algebra and Statistics classes. He made both disciplines understandable and fun. Who knew that was possible? Mr. Romero is an example of what all educators should aspire to be.

An EXCEPTIONAL teacher! Mr. Romero is the best Math professor I have ever had. He is beyond clear. I was very fortunate to take his Statistics class this semester. "Caring is sharing!" Love him!
