The class is extremely boring, you literally don't learn anything by attending the lectures. Honestly, I don't even know why this course exists. The fact that it is a mandatory course is making me questions about life. When a boring class meets a boring prof, you know what is going to happen.

I had to retake this course as I dropped it from a college (will not name), and the difference was incredible. I read the reviews and wasn't expecting a whole lot. In comparison, Franklyn explains what he wants and how to achieve it. The case studies seem a bit excessive, but i learned through them, though he only marks one random one.

Overall this guy cant teach. When we ask him questions he is not able to answer them and doesn't respond to email either. I asked him about review of the midterm and he said you are responsible for it. Even though we know its on chapter 1-2,4-6, it is almost like we are going in the midterm blind. I'm gonna drop this class after the midterm.

The lecture itself is useless and class is extremely boring. He doesn't really care for students and many times that students approached him with a problem he didn't really help them out and basically told them to figure it out themselves or he can't do anything.

Dry lectures and hard to understand. Impossible to reach outside of class. Small assignments are so important and real mark boosters. Easy 100% for the online quizzes and case study. Only way to do well on the midterm/final is if you have a photographic memory, good luck guessing!

he's a cool prof, easy going. but you cannot count on him. he will not respond to emails, does not answer any of your questions in class, does not keep his word, does not finish the lessons in class, and helps in no way to prepare for examinations. i would only recommend him if you are a good independent learner, otherwise find someone else.

understand nothing from his lectures, its useless. He barely explains anything and u need to read the textbook to pass the exam. No guidelines for midterm nor finals. the second lab quiz was so hard. No office hours provided nor does he replies on our emails.

Pointless lectures, save time and read the textbook. He says one thing but changes his mind later on. His instructions are unclear on assignments, as well students don't know what to study for midterm or final. He seems angry when approached with a quesiton. Mistake to select him base on overall rating for ITM102. Avoid

all he does is read off the slides, don't bother going to class and if you do your going to fall asleep. the notes are so short form that you have to go through the text book and add more notes. the lab test 2 is super hard everybody failed

You can tell he has knowledge on the content however he does not convey it well. Will literally blame you for reasons that are not your fault. Lectures are boring and unnecessary. You're MUCH better off reading the textbook yourself due to pointless lectures. Just memorize key terms and read the textbook and you might survive, somehow I did.

Had him for ITM102. This guy is an actual joke. He literally reads off of slides then proceeds to tell you if you skip his class you miss a lot of valuable information. The book is a saviour even though the course is super easy and boring. He makes you write useless summaries for assignments (no other prof does this). Such a boring guy.

ITM102 is an extremely boring course, with the standard midterm and exam. It also includes a lab portion which is easy as long as you do the practice. The only real tough part about is reading the book since its really boring. Prescod does a decent job at explaining however I recommend reading the book. Overall decent prof, but boring course.

Franklyn is a very good guy, he cares and wants you too pass. I didn't find the lectures too useful and they can get boring. Just read the textbook and memorize as many terms as possible. As for the labs, just go to them and use the time to practice there, that's pretty much all you need. Unless you have someone much better I would recommend him.

DO NOT TAKE. Prof is completely unorganized. His lab tests and exams were COMPLETELY different and unfair compared to other sections. Also he is not accessible outside of class and does not respond to emails. Avoid!!!
