fred is intriguing and a very good teacher. extremely good at explaining complex concepts and is interrested in what he talks about. I find him fascinating, gentle and very intelligent. ALways available for help, the one prof who returns my emails the quickest! Love him!

Funny, interesting. Like-able guy. Realistic. You should probably come to class though (can allow a few skips occasionally), but definitely read the textbook inside and out. Lectures just help your understanding of it go up to 100% but you MIGHT still do okay without going if you just did the reading.

I really like this guy, he's probably the nicest prof I've met here. However I just hate the course, the book and the exams were hell for me and I know he's just using what he's given so I forgive him lol. Anyways this is the prof who'll say hi to you in the halls and do whatever he can to help his students.

I think Fred Harrington is an awesome teacher. He is funny and interesting. Going to the lectures just helps you memorize everything because he gives good examples. You HAVE to read the chapters to do well though, and using the study guide doesn't hurt either!

There's honestly NO POINT in going to this guy's class. His lectures don't even reflect his exams at all. I'm not sure that I have stayed awake for more than three classes. Also, he's a bio prof, not a psych prof. talks way too much about when he was watching caribou and wolves. He should stick to the subject that he is teaching!
