He is a good teacher, is kind and willing to help you to ace the course. I highly recommend to his CSIS 2500 course. I personally think it is one of the GPA booster course. p/s: the midterm is a bit long via 120 MCQS + the final 100 MCQS. Overall, they all not much diffcult, you can use Quizlet to study for each chapter and prepare for your exams

This gentleman is the consummate teacher. If you care, he cares, the way a teacher should be. He makes himself available, he will help you, he will explain things, again if needed. He is old school, (no pun) loves DOS, loves logical thinking. You learn the correct way. I simply love this man, love, love, love him. God Bless you Mr. F. Parvaz!

The tests are crazy difficult, but luckily Fred scales to help. The midterms are multiple choice, but the final has many short answer questions which came to many as a big surprise, so be careful!

Fred is a fair marker, and labs are easy. Nothing unexpected on exams. Online course, so you basically study yourself with his 100% perfect lectures slides รข€" I've barely touched the textbook. But 1480 is hard. Loyts of stuff to remember, and a lot of concepts that you weren't familiar with. Attendance for labs is mandatory.

He likes students and is always willing to help. He has deep understanding of software programming concepts. A fair marker. The quizzes and midterms are everything from the book and the labs, nothing unexpected. The class is enjoyable and useful.

A very personable gentleman. He is good at explaining concepts. Very willing to help, but leaves promptly after class. He's fair but tough with marking. Exams could be slimmer. The two course books were not meant for each other. This made assignments impossible! Poorly written assignment book. Just awful. It ruined the course for many.
