Comment:

Overall, super easy class. Weekly group assignments and occasional online quizzes. All work is online so there's really no reason to come to class. Lectures can be interesting with her sense of humor and stories, but also not anything you couldn't read from the textbook. Takes a very long time to grade. I'd take her again. Easy A.

Comment:

Class was rather boring, but Sype is nice. Her class is lecture heavy. Class was from 6-10pm and she usually lectured til about 9pm. One individual assignment and a group report. Fairly easy. Get started on the report early though. She put all of the tests online. Takes forever to grade though. It's easy to get an A.

This class was not very challenging. I recommend taking Sype if you need credit for this course, but it is not important for your major. I did not learn a lot, but I did well in her class. Exams and tests are online. She tells a lot of stories and has a good sense of humor. I liked having her as a professor.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!! You will be so frustrated. She takes forever to grade. Coming to class is pointless, it's an easy class and everything is online but it is a waste of your time.

Professor Sype was always good for letting us out of class after half an hour. She goes over what needs to be gone over and lets you leave. However, she does help students understand the material. All exams are online and open book. This course was extremely easy and passing it was not difficult by any means. Take this course if you want the easy A

I really don't think I learned anything in this class. Not sure why I paid for a four credit class when she was done in under two hours. While I like getting out early every day, shouldn't we be charged for only a two credit hour class? Just useless. And beware your group project members. Rampant cheating among some students.

Real easy class and she doesn't complicate the content. Tests were basically the study guides, and we had one group projectpaper but she let us show her the paper and then redo it for better credit. Highly suggest her, easy class because the content is quite simple

Dr. Sype is a great professor. Her exams match the study guide perfectly, and she offers a decent amount of extra credit. There is a long group project, but you are allowed to fire people in your group who aren't pulling their weight. Take this class if you aren't looking to stress.

She is such a sweetheart.. Very easy if you show up and listen the test are a breeze.. I felt like she wasn't very good at emailing you back right away or sometimes she wouldn't email me back at all :( ha Overall a great teacher.

I loved Prof. Sype. Her class was real laid back and her lectures normally ended pretty early. Her exams came straight from her study guide and there's a group paper (pick own group, own subject). Nothing seemed that hard in her class, as long as you put forth some effort, it's a very easy A. Definitely recommend.

She was really nice, but honestly I felt like I didn't learn anything. I went to class, and I felt like I had to teach my self the information before an exam. But, the exams were easy and straight-forward. There is also a group project which is a little confusing. But I would recommend her.

Easy peasy! Make sure to read the syllabuus for due dates. Could not agree more with previous comments about tests, group projects, etc. She is very slow in grading or returning sections of paper turned in or may loose a section. Be prepared to submit or re-submit electronically.

Nice woman, good professor. Teaches right off powerpoints, never use your book. She gives you a study guide that is EXACTLY like the test, so super easy. There is a group project/paper that she will give you. Pretty easy, just pay attention to the syllabus on when things are due...she tends not to let you know when they are due!

There are 2 exams worth 125 pts each. there were 35 MC questions and an essay at the end. The final exam was worth 150 points. 50 pts participation. There was a group paper worth 200 points. Then u get graded out of 100 by your group members on how u performed. Good Professor, but sometimes classes were boring. But theres no way u should fail

Great professor. Tests mult.choice w/one essay. Gives study guide that covers all you need to know. Class discussions were great. Always out of class early. Extremely reasonable with her expectations-almost too easy of a class; at least for me. Would definitely recommend.

Great management instructor. Out of class atleast a half hour early every class. Class discussion is great. She even has time built into class to work on her semester-long project of doing a company profile, which the other MGT 321 profs make you do outside of class usually. I'd definitely take her for another course if I had to

Best management professor, always out of class early, lots of class discussion related to topics, and she gives out study sheets for the exams with everything you need to know on them.
