I might be a little biased because this is my major but I found Egekwu to be a very good teacher. The information is pretty straight forward. A lot of true false questions on tests which are difficult but if you study they aren't bad though. His accent can sometimes be confusing but it is bearable. I would definitely recommend taking him though.

unapproachable, rude, vague, pompous. take him if you're not gonna ask questions in class/ask for extra help/ask questions on test.....just read the book (lectures are straight from book) and you'll do alright....don't take him and avoid the frustration that comes with him

Avoid Egekwu, least approachable professor I've had. He knows the material inside and out but when I would go to him he had little patience or interest in helping. Class is boring, tests are kind of hard but if you read the book and look over lectures you're fine. Just don't take Egekwu, I've never been more disappointed/frustrated with a professor

Egekwu is a nice guy and really tries to help, although the material is VERY boring during the lecture. He moves kinda fast during class and doesn't repeat things, so you really have to pay attention. Good news is that the book and his lecture are basically the same and all powerpoints are posted online. And you can google the concepts.

I feel like it's impossible to get a perfect score on ANY assignment (other than the online reading assignments). He deducts points and provides no explanation. Also, he provides very few guidelines/expectations for papers and deducts a significant amount of points for not achieving these unknown expectations.

He is a no-nonsense guy, but I really liked the class. He's been in the ISAT program for a long time, so he's kind of given up on creativity. A lot of the test questions were from the quizzes, and half of the Final Exam were questions that were on previous exams. You get used to his accent (eventually).

I have mixed feelings about this proff. He grades fairly and covers material taught in class. But tends to have uneven weight for certain areas on tests. Lectures are boring but still useful to the subject.The subject material is useful, but is hard to make interesting.

Projects require original thought and effort. Class+assignments are handled much the same way industry assignments are. Technical reviews are common. Topics are actual case studies that Egekwu encountered in his experience or are occurring presently. Unconventional class that may make you question the value of previous ISAT courses in comparison.
