Love the man. Dry and sometimes pointless lectures, but most rewarding Econ class I have taken at Brown. Very intellectually challenging material and you really have to think to understand the material. It's def difficult to grasp esp since Borts did not just give you the answer to your question, he guided you to help you solve it on your own.
