Comment:

This class is great! It fulfilled my science credit. You just watch movies during class and have discussions. Grade mainly consists of papers that are all opinion based (very easy) just have the length. Beginning of the semester there was a few pop quizzes that no one did well on, but it doesn't impact your grade. I still earned an A. take him!

This is a good class. He teaches at night so its only once a week. The material is quite boring but not very hard. You watch a ton of movies/videos so its hard to not want to fall asleep. Overall pretty easy class. I would recommend him if you need an easy gen.ed.

Very interesting proffesor. Class does not involve notes at all. Two group projects both very basic. Two exams which are take home papers, also very basic. Just show up and have some discussions if you would like. If you want to learn this is the class to take. He always stresses every possible point of view. Highly recommended.

He is so nice! This is the best for GenEd and if you want to raise the grade! 2-page short writing each week, and quiz from the text each week, and midterm and final are 4-page paper and group presentations each. He is really a fair guy. Highly Recommended! Relax when you take this class. Just see and enjoy his presentation. He does't ask for exam.

Really easy class, highly recommended. Lectures are slide shows and short videos. Simple 1 page essay due each week for homework; textbook only required for one assignment. 2 group presentations. The midterm and final are just papers that need to be "a couple pages." Take this class for an A or easy B.

Swartout is the man. Easy midterm and final paper. Only 1 person got a B, the rest got A's. 2 group powerpoints and a page opinion paper due every week. Mad easy. If you are thinking about taking societal issues, forget it and take impacts.

Incredibly easy and boring class. Easy gen ed credit. No tests on any of the in class material. Just easy one page papers all based on your opinion and some group projects that are 3-5 ppt slides. Again, easy but boring.
