This guy was horrible! His lectures were boring and asking questions is a bad idea, he gets frustrated easily. Also he lost 3 of my projects and wouldn't let me resubmit them! Overall avoid him at all costs!

He can be nice but steer clear of him when he is grumpy. You don't want to mess with him when he is in a bad mood. The class is SUPER boring and slow. Most basic computer stuff you can learn. Most people were on facebook the entire class. Tests and homework are from the book. Take the class online if possible and not with Gerald.

Magliano is a very boring lecturer, but the assignments and tests are easy. Hand everything in on time, and show up for class and you will get an A. He does not like stupid questions, so keep your mouth shut and ask a classmate instead.

AWFUL!!!! dont take him. he doesn't follow the syllabus changes it every class and then he forgets! he has no patients at all and if you have a Q u better have not just heard him say it in class before because he will have a fit! Avoid at all possible.

Cool class. Learned allot, teacher explanations were perfectly clear, if you miss class do the tutorials/projects at home. He gives plenty of time to turn in late work, but its a good idea to stay caught up.

This class is beyond boring. But if you have to take it take him. We had several days where you could just work on the assignments and I would just leave cause I had already turned it in. He doesn't tak idiotic questions very well. You have to be completely incompetent to not get an A.

If you've used office applications frequently most of what is taught in this class is repetitive and useless. If it's a requirement for you, find another teacher unless you like insensitive grumpy teachers. Overall this class was pretty easy. Just do the assignments and stay up to date with them. Tests were never a surprise, they always covered what we had gone over in class. I found Magliano to be kind of grumpy and not super helpful, luckily the book is easy to follow, so you don't have to ask him questions!

Major bonus is that he doesn't care if you ever attend his lectures, and he bluntly tells you that at the start of the semester. Lets you turn stuff in late too with no grade deduction.
