HORRIFIC! Neufeld LOVES to hear himself talk; he can't stay on topic and often ends up babbling about his childhood or how great he is. This was the most boring class I've ever taken, and the tests were so poorly-worded and confusing as to be nearly indecipherable. He is an irritable, bitter, self-important old man. "Poignant"? Are you crazy?

DO NOT take a class with this Prof. I looked at the clock like 50 times per class, he is SO un-clear, NO overhead notes, you have to rely on everything he says...and he ALWAYS trails off onto another topic! WORST class EVER! MAAAAAAAAAN!

This man is unclear, circuitous and teaches the same material in all the courses he teaches. He is late often and writes his tests at the last minute. He mentions nothing on the syllabus and speaks a lot while managing to say nothing. I find nothing "poingnant" about his manner or material.

Good notes are key. Quizes are easier than midterms. He gives many examples, and does not answer questions in a direct way. For a 1st yr. course which should test more on general understanding of concepts he also asks you to use critical thinking skills, it's not all memorization.

I find his slow, dragged out way of talking excrutiatingly dull. And he repeats the same things day after day, and only gets around to answering the guide questions the class before the test. I don't feel like I'm learning anything.
