Gerry is a great teacher, he just gets to teach all the most useless or boring classes the miserable Game Development program has to offer. He isn't the problem its the whole Game Dev course that's worthless.

Like previous commentors have stated, his courses are so shallow you feel dumber when you leave. There isn't really anything wrong with his personality, I mean he's not my favourite teacher, but it's really his easy and useless courses that make me dislike him. I recommend putting your effort toward other more useful courses.

He changes his expectations on assignments, he says one thing then marks another way. It isn't until you ask to redo the assignment 3 times over that he actually gives you a good mark, when there is only a slight diffrence. He only teaches 3 courses now, Why does this man have to be teaching in the Game Development Program.

Gerry you have made it clear that my animations are uneffective and when I asked u for help u told me to fix it buy a 3 inch book and use a credit card online to take someone else's classes. Ive never been so pleased with myself finishing ur proj then getting my marks and crying We need a pitcher not a belly itcher!

This class is a joke... The assignments have nothing to do with anything program related, the lectures are boring and annoying and you feel dumber leaving the room. The worst part is the fact that you're paying to be annoyed by such a useless course.

Didn't find him arrogant or a male chauvinist when I had him for a workshop (I was the only woman there), but found teaching method hard to follow: watch screen, listen to instructions & follow his actions at same time. I used online lessons-- found them more helpful. Paquette seemed to feel bad about that, but offered to help me if necessary.

He is such a tool. Has no freaking idea what he is doing. If he was a grocery product he would be way past his experation date. not very helpful and extremely arrogant. The only reason why he isn't gone is cause he started the program in the first place. Please do us all a favour and retire.
