Comment:

Falah is a sweet heart. His class is not hard as long as you take notes of the powerpoints (which he posts online). He teaches knowing his course is a gen ed and wants to see everyone succeed. He cancels class a good bit especially after tests. Very smart and well rounded guy with much knowledge. I would take again easiest class of my semester.

Falah is a tad bit hard to understand but he uploads all powerpoints onto Brightspace. He cancels class often. Everything is as stated in syllabus. I personally did not use the book once as the tests are straight from the notes. He is super easy going. Offers a grade boost if you attend all classes. Average teacher. Took for Geo. Cul. Diversity.

Dr. Falah was really great. I actually enjoyed being in class with him. If we were done, he let us go. We finished all the material early, so cancelled a few classes. He met us individually to work on final paper. Great professor

He annouced the very first day of class if you do not miss any class he will bump up a whole letter (I didnt miss any class and he did). Yes, a bit difficult to understand with his accent but the slides are up with all the information you need. Only 3 tests fairly easy, extra credit opportunity available. I would recommend him.

He is very knowledgeable about his subject i think he is the best so far. yes he has an accent but that does not make not good. very Unique. every thing is in power point which make it easy. He's not as bad as everyone makes him out to be. The tests were straight out of the power point, paper was harder but doable. He is a little hard to understand at times, but overall it was better than I expected.

This class isn't nearly as bad as others are saying, especially if you show up & pay attention. You don't need the textbook. His english isn't very clear but you get used to it quickly. Tests are a curveball, but he curves & offers extra credit. He's somewhat difficult to get in contact with, but overall he's a great guy & the class is worth it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. powerpoints are word for word out of the text book. Exams are like playing Trivial Pursuit, you never know what he is going to ask. bumps grades up at the end of the semester to avoid complaints.

The class was very easy since I already knew a lot about Geography but he as a teacher was horrid. I almost fell asleep every time I went to class, never used the stupid book I paid so much for and we could never finish any of the documentary's he showed which drove me crazy.

Okay, I am a fairly educated student. There are Grad Students in this class taking it for fun, and we are ALL struggling. This is the WORST professor you could take. If you ask him a question, he gets mad, like your questioning his teaching, when you really want to know. He doesn't care about his students failing! STAY AWAY! Not kidding.

This prof is absolutely horrendous. He reads right off his slides and it culminates in a real snoozefest of a class. Not helpful at all, takes your graded tests back 5 minutes after he hands them out. Sometimes outright ignores student's questions. Do not take this guy.

He is very intelegent, but I belive he is used to teaching a higher level class the corse consists of 5 tests he will not give u a study guide he reads form powerpoints (I could teach this class).His Teaching Assistant let us know he exhisted the day of the forth test? There is no mention of a TA in the sylibus. I do not recomend him!

intro to geography is fairly easy. Never used the textbook and the few homeworks are easy but they take forever to do. His tests are easy and i never studied for them. As a teacher sometimes its hard to understand him and he asks you questions in class that dont have exact answers. But i would take this class if you want your "easy A".

This is a profeesor you should watch out for!!! He takes points of for the most dumbest things. You may think that you are pullin an A in the course and be very disapointed in the end. He often gets very annoyed with his students. But other than that he's pretty laid back.

He sucked! I aced every assignment and every test till the final which was 20 questions and he made them so tricky that I missed over half. All his other tests came from his notes and he even marked you wqrong if you used examples from the book then his final came from the book and very obscure facts from it. DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY EVER!!!
