I would have put very easy if I were male. I am sorry to say that as a woman, she does not grade other women fairly - she does not grade fairly period - she just goes by whom she 'thinks' should get an A and most of the time she is wrong - I did get an A but I am a VERY hard worker - so I saw others who received an A and they did NOT earn it.

This woman reminds me of Rosie O'Donnell, one minute she's the queen of nice, the next minute a moody diva! She has good technical knowledge but needs to focus more on design concepts and ideas. And she needs to stop using two spaces after punctuation!
