His lecture can be a little rough or sometimes boring, but that makes it very easy to understand if you aren't too knowledgeable on the topics. Class was relatively easy and required 0 homework. Class attendance is not mandatory, not really needed if you have the textbook, but can help if econ doesn't come to you very naturally.

He's an amazing professor that clarifies everything in his lectures. He's very thorough so if you don't understand the textbook, he'll explain the topics in such a simple way. One of my top University professors. He's also very handsome.

Copplestone is a great guy and an excellent prof. I had him for macro1022 and the tests were fair, a mixture of multiple choice and short answer questions. If you go to class and do the homework, a high mark is very achievable. Overall, great prof and would take a class with him again.

Very efficient, always about 5 min late for class, and ends about 5 min earlier than normal, yet he still covers everything. Posts great review stuff online, and if you are looking for deeper info on economics he is always available and willing to answer your questions. Great prof

Clear, easy to understand, but practice the material out of class otherwise you'll not retain it if math/econ is not already something you know well. Very fairmarking with tests, show your work!

Great Prof, Speaks very clearly and is always willing and able to answer all of your questions. He really knows the course which makes the class almost seem easy due to the quality of his teaching. He responds very quickly to your e-mails. My best professor so far in University!

K first of all, he looks like Jim Hughson (from CBC) and sounds like kermit the frog. Secondly, he is the laziest prof ever! LOL always last one to show up and first one to leave. He loves canceling classes and using the EXACT questions from past quizzes/tests lol. so try to get past tests from him (through email). this is a guy you party with!lol

Very easy prof, which with him becomes a bad thing. Exams are made way too easy and material isn't quite covered to the level you want if you're interested in economics. This class is no indicator of sucess in future years. In summary he's a good prof if you don't enjoy econ, but if you do the class is simply much too easy.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM!!!!! But don't judge him on appearance! He's so funny! He'll be the last one coming into class and be the first one out! Comes in with a coffee in one hand and a piece a chalk in another. starts writing on the board off memory from teaching...the whole time!! no notes or anything! Smarter than he seems and also very helpful!!

Not only a fantastic professor, but also a fantastic guy. Sure he shows up to class a little late, but that's because he's helping students during office hours. All in all - a fair, clear and helpful professor.

He's a really compassionate teacher. I did poorly this semester because of personal reasons, tried really hard on the final and ran out of time. and I'm pretty sure he passed me on his own....really great guy and a great Econ prof!

Read his lecutre notes and put your study focus on them! Do his review! He spends the whole class writing on the bored and sounds a bit like kermit the frog... but a smart guy. He lays out the course in a clear logical way. He aint easy. But if you do the work you will be fine. Very Fair. Also quite a hottie!
