Impossible to understand what he is looking for in an assignment until you get your grade. Told our group the quality of our work was steadily improving but our grades did not. Favors students who respond to every single thread in a discussion regardless of the lack of quality while those who respond thoughtfully to a few are ignored. AWFUL!!!

Thought this professor was very firm but fair. It's not a class that you can breeze through. Class delt with Org. change and found that the professor was pro union so it was difficult discussing pro's and con's of unions. I did like the professor....
