I've had him for several classes now, initially he's fun and easy to get a long with. However if you get on his bad side, he will make life a pain for you. He seems to come to class very unprepared on many occasions, often resorting to the "So, have any questions?" line to only be met with silence.

I had him for jazz improvisation (even though I didn't take the jazz history first) and it was compulsory for me to take one of 2 courses - this one was the "easiest" even though I found it hard. Nice guy. Plays excellent trumpet. Loves jazz. Pretty understanding. he should of given me a lower mark but gave me a B- (I suspect I had the lowest mark)
