He's a goofy dude but he gets the point across. Some people really liked him some didn't. I found him to be a good teacher and was able to explain stats much better than my last professor so just go to class and do the problems with him.

Dr. Hill taught the first half of the semester and while I had him he did a good job of explaining the complex material. Anything I didn't understand in lecture he was happy to clear up in his office hours.

I had Hill for Differential Equations which is a hard class. The material was confusing and it's harder for the teacher to explain it clearly. He doesn't spoon feed the material. He expects the students to listen to his lectures, open the book and visit him during his office hours. He's not very clear as a teacher, but he is very helpful.

Dr. Hill is very smart but not clear at all. I felt lost the whole class and was unclear of the organization of the information. I probably would not recommend him unless are you willing to put a great amount of time into the class.

Such a sweet guy. He just loves math so much. I found him entertaining. He hands out copies of the powerpoint each class period, and homework can't be made up or turned in late so it's important to go to class to turn it in. The homework is pretty easy though, never too many problems. The book is necessary to help explain concepts. Easy class.

BEST math teacher ever! He explains all the fundamentals as he goes and explains everything in detail so it gets boring at times but is helpful in calc. Def go to office hours and his tests are based directly off the study guide and practice tests, do them all and you are golden! Math's not my strong point but I managed to get a B+ !!!

Powerpoints are helpful but when going back over the lessons in studying for a test, his handouts on the powerpoints are great study aids. he gives previous tests from past semesters so one can expect what's on the test. Homework 1 hr/night and covers only material you need to know, no extra work. He is always willing to help when you ask.

i hate power-point and that was all he did. to be fair, he is pretty funny sometimes and he is very helpful outside of class. the class wasn't too hard, but it was hard sitting through it.

Awesome! Didn't get the A for Calc I but did get it for Calc II. Remarkable teacher. He may be boring at times but he is SUPER helpful. He can be entertaining and this depends on the class. He clarifies things very well if you have questions. Great!
