I thought Gretchen was great. She's one of the new-age healer-types, so she can seem a little flakey, but she is as sweet as can be. I felt great during & after taking the class. She is an older lady, so you will have to approach her with questions and comments, but I didn't see this as a problem.

Had her for yoga, I hated it. She can't hear very well, so if you don't know yoga already good luck on asking questions. She means well though.
