Knowledgable on Econ subject matter, still learning the healthcare side of it. He does go by the book to some extend, but didn't find I needed it. Tests are hard, but he lets you bring a 1 page cheat sheet. Nice guy, class gets boring...3 hours of lecture. Take good notes in class and you will get an A.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the subject matter. You can really learn a lot from his lectures by paying attention. Excellent and friendly instructor...no wonder he's the chair.

Professor Singh is an extremely helpful professor. He is also very kind and caring toward his students. He only wishes for them to learn and expand their knowledge. He is very sweet and able to answer questions without being condescending or aloof. He genuinely is passionate about economics which is apparent through his teachings

At first he was a little hard to understand (accent), but I got used to it. He was a very nice and helpful professor. Yes, do the extra credit assignment-it will help your final grade!

Two classes stuffed into one semester. Alot of stuff covered quickly. Will do okay but make sure you study for really hard tests. It may be a little easier if you have had calculus before this. You don't use math but you do indirectly use derivatives. still think better than two sepereate classes, do the extra credit!

He is very fair and you will do excellent if you try. The tests are tough if you are not prepared, but he is extremely helpful if you need it. Take notes and understand concepts and you will do well. He gives lots of real world examples to make understanding ecomomics easier. Do the extra credit report - it will make a difference.

Tests are fairly difficult, you really have to know your stuff. Singh can be entertaining at times but also boring at other times. It really helps if you do the extra credit research paper. It boosed my grade by one full grade!

Good person at heart who wants students to do well. Always asked the class if we understood his lectures however if you had a question his answers would confuse you even more. If you take good notes and read the book and you'll be ok.
