Professor Razovsky knows her literature. She challenges students with her questions, and if you give your opinion, she wants to know why. She is a tough grader. Be prepared to work hard in this class. She is very nice if you should ever have any issues or questions.

Comment:
Dr. Razovsky is very nice and quick to communicate/respond to questions via email. She sets mostly clear expectations, though she is a tough grader when it comes to papers. There is a lot of reading for this particular course, most of which are plays or short stories. The plays were quite difficult to get through, unless you're interested in that.

I found her to be well organized in her course structure and interesting. She knows her Shakespeare and provides alternative forms of learning the material. You know what she expects from you from day one. Taking this course was challenging and engaging.I would take another class with her without hesitation.

Dr. Razovsky is a challenging teacher and demands the best from her students. I struggles in her class (which is rare) and I felt that poor Shakespeare was beat to death. She grades fairly, though, and will be sure to teach you something new. I recommend her to any student serious about English literature.

The best English professor at NSU. She's blunt and demands explanations for your opinions, but she's also open-minded and doesn't punish differences of opinion. If you pay attention to her criticism you'll end up a better writer.

The Worst English professor at NSU. She is very unclear and is just down right rude. Maybe a handful of people in the entire world like her at the most. She does not even really sound educated.

I agree that she is VERY unclear about essays. I am currently taking her class and although the quizzes on literature test minimal reading skills, she reviews material for the reading AFTER the quiz is over, giving you information that you won't use again.

Horrible, horrible professor: an extremely boring speaker who tries unsuccesfully to be funny. She's very unclear about what exactly she wants on papers, resulting in bad grades for everyone(our class average was a D-).I second what the person below said: she contradicts herself often. Lots of reading(which is boring also).Avoid her at all costs.

This is the worst English professor I've ever had. She's extremely picky on the way she grades her papers. Her instructions are also unclear. Unfotunately, she ended up teaching our class at the last minute during the summer, which may have affected the way she taught the class.
