Easy A if you have taken AP stats before. Her instructions on home work is clear and easy to read. There are notes in the work book, so if you need help, refer back to that and the lecture notes. She hands out tons of extra credit and homework is work, but is easy to understand, She goes fast, so if you need help, go to math center. Can be funny to

Alright, this is probably the best you can get if Yeh is filled up. She does give out a lots of extra credit, which boost many peoples grades up. She's better than most stats HS teachers, however she can be hard to be approachable to ask questions. From what i heard from other stats class, this teacher is probably your second or third best bet.

I had her for Math 92G last semester and I did well in the class so I decided to enroll in her Math 12 class this semester. Boy do i wish i could go back in time! Stats isnt an easy subject and she makes it 10 times worse! The only times I actually understand the lecture is when i turn to a random student and ask for help. Save yourself.

She teaches too fast . She writes down the examples on board . She starts doing the problems like if she is a student instead of teaching it . Im in her pre cal as of right now and the only way Im catching up is through YouTube examples . I will never take her as a professor .

Stats is hard enough. Taking online in the summer is fast paced. That being said, this professor made it even more difficult then it needed to be. At first the course seems very doable, but she is of no help. I wrote a couple of emails just asking a question and got an answer that had nothing to do with my question. Avoid at all cost.

This teacher is terrible. Its true that she is not nice when it comes to email and questions in an online class!!! She gives so much homework which I understand b/c its math but her instructions are terrible. She doesn't understand anything about being a good professor. She has a degree from Jamacia and theres no way she would teach at a 4 year uni

Her Stats online is all open from day 1 so you can get ahead and finish the entire course before the end of the semester. 16 HW, 4 tests, 1 final, 1 worksheet. Class is not easy but if you do the work you'll pass cuz she gives 3 chances to redo each assignm. so you can improve grade. I did not use neither txtb nor TI84 calculator!

this was the worst class I have ever taken at delta because this professor was awful. I literally understood nothing keep in mind I got an A in the previous math class so I thought I would do decent but nope. she makes you feel dumb if you ask questions. I barely knew what my grade was half the time bc she does nothing online. very old fashioned

I took Stats (Math 12)ONLINE. She's clear with her expectations, she outlines it in emails/syllabus so she gets a little upset when she gets asked questions regarding the class. Learning how to use the TI84 PLUS calculator is HARD online so i recommend in person. I use the resources in the site and chegg to help me get through it. Kinda recommend

Stats overall is a hard concept to grasp for beginners. She has low tolerance for people who do not think before they ask questions. If you do all of your work and all of the EC assignments you will pass. I flunked most of my exams and still ended up passing with a C. But for this class studying is mandatory.

I took her for Precalculus (Math 39) because she was the only professor teaching that semester. I was a bit terrified from all of these comments, although I can say form experience that she is a very GOOD professor. It was her first time teaching the course and she provided good notes in her lecture and print-out solutions to hw. Her tests are MC.

Lots of notes. Don't ask her questions, she'll rarely answer/get mad and tell you to look in the lecture notes. The extra credits, hw and review in wkbk help a lot. Problems on wksts and review are same as exams just different wording. Textbook recommended for examples, didn't use much. She's funny & kind at times. Class was bearable & fairly easy.

Great prof, she cares about her students and reminds them of due dates. She also kept opening up overdue assignments to give students a chance to pass the class. We had 17 homewrorks, 4 tests, 1 final and 4 offline worksheets; to do those, you'll need to print them out, do the work in pen and then scan them with any scanner app and post them. Easy!

If you complete the worksheets, study the mock exams in the workbook, and attend class every day to get the notes, you'll pass the class and do well in the exams, which are very similar to the mock one. It's not difficult. There's a LOT of extra credit. DON'T ask questions during class; she'll yell at you. Her accent is not difficult to understand.

Grading is clear & I New my grade before the semester ended. Tests/Final have 3 tries. She's rude. Her 2 worksheets are difficult because she's HORRIBLE with giving instructions related to the Math. She doesn't use proper grammar, so it's difficult to know what she's saying. I had to rely on myself. Assign questions only offer 3 tries.

Her online class was like any other. Just do your work and stay on top on everything. She has due dates that you can easily look up, and you could finish the course before the end of the semester since she opens everything up. I thought it was easy, but some things were challenging. But then again, I am not the best at math!

Comment:

Humphrey explains things well, but is incredibly rude to students. If you ask questions, she will get mad. However, underneath her harsh exterior, she cares about her students' success. She schedules optional study sessions for troubleshooting and will allow you to retake an exam if you did poorly. She goes the extra mile but expects you to, too.
