this prof. is the smartest prof. i have ever had, he is always able to help u when ever u need help. this class is not easy but u still can do it. it is hard to get an A but u can still get a B. pay attention to lectures, take good notes. study the old exams. at the beginning i didn't like the class but after a while i started enjoying it.

THIS PROF OUGHT TO BE RETIRED...HE DOESN'T EXPLAIN WELL, THE ONLY WAY TO GET A B+ IN THIS CLASS OR BETTER IS TO STUDY OLD EXAMS(HIS OLD EXAMS) FROM THE FIRST EXAM UNTIL THE FINAL. BTW LECTURES ARE USELESS!

This class may seem tough, it did to me after i failed the first 2 tests, but there are ways to get by. lectures are useless, test material is always narrow, a fraction of the lectures' focus. i finished with a B- after acing the last three tests without going to lecture. study from the old tests.

Here's my best advice for all you taking 150: Generalize. Take good notes in class and study it well. Try to find different ways a probem can be presented. He's not that hard, but he's definitly not easy. Do extra probems if you have to. Your effort will pay off. Your notes will take you far.G

If you have 10 years in the field of physics, you will probably do fine. Otherwise, if you want to pass with at least a C, you will be putting about as much effort into this class as you would a 300s or 400s level class.

Hardest Test ever, only 50 min when u need 3 days to complete. Test question are 100 times more indeepth then lecture examples. My rec. instuctor couldn't even figure out how to do some of the test problem, and he has a degree in the ****ing feild.

This class is VERY hard. Does not explain concepts well but was very friendly in lab. His tests have only 4 questions on them each worth 15 points. I ended up dropping this class to switch majors!
