Makes sure that the topic is understood without giving a dry, boring lecture. Homework is graded for completion, not correctness. I have taken several other classes with him, and he averages 3-5 tests a semester. He also gives a practice test, which says everything that will be on the actual test. He also does not make you purchase a textbook.

He is very boring and doesn't really teach. He just gives examples and if you are bad at math to begin with it isn't very helpful. Don't buy the book. you'll never use it and there's no way to know where he is in it or what chapter you'll be working on because there is no list of what you are doing
