lets be honest. This man is completely out of it. His speech is incoherent, and he doesnt teach anything. You dont need to attend class or do the reading or put any care into the assignments. The ONLY reason that some students praise this course is that it is NO WORK for a VERY EASY HIGH GRADE. But it is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.

This man has no idea what he's talking about. I'm still trying to figure out what the "Dr." he slaps in front of his name stands for, because it certainly isn't a PhD. Prof. Adam is a zombie. I mean he is COMPLETELY out of it, as if he is on some kind of heavy meds. He lacks any coherence, does not teach you anything. Some students love him because the course is so easy, but as far as am concerned it was a total waste of tuition. Why on earth hasn't this guy been put out to pasture??

Adam is great! Yes he has been around for awhile, yes his class can be an easy A, and yes he can be a little unclear and spacey, but he is highly intelligent and extremely well read. He teaches from completely different background than most other HC professors, thank god!

Good natured and funny at times. Hard to understand, but will certainly clarify if you miss anything. As long as you do your work, you'll be fine. His African-American studies courses are fascinating, but stay away from the 6 PM classes, as he isn't the most dynamic orator.

I dunno who's dissing this guy but it's no one cool... his lectures are very clear and if you take good notes youll do fine on the papers/tests. Solid class, 2 papers (3 and 5 pages!) and 2 tests, got a B+ cause i missed up on the first paper. Definitely worth it.
