Very nice professor. She's retiring this year so this is her last time teaching the university. Unorganized, can't tell me directly what mark I have. Easy, nice, was bad at arriving on time. One time she was 1 hour 10 minutes LATE! Basically showing up the last 10 minutes of class! and this was an 8:30 class, FML.

She is the most lovely little lady. She is so cute. "Thee Germans they love NOUNS" I was a lost cause, but she's still a great lady and a very clear professor. Some students don't like that she basically spoon feeds you the language, but if it's entirely foreign to you, it's very helpful.

Extremely helpful. Goes at the pace set by the students. Is sensitive to students problems and will go slower for individuals if they are having trouble. Of the 3 German profs I've had so far she was by far the best.

Frau Helbing is one of the best professors the U has! She is always helpful, and really funny. She gets to know her students and it very approachable. I loved having her, for sure if you want to take german I would suggest taking her class. Your the best Dr. Helbing!!!
