In the first lecture he seems like a tough marker, but he clearly outlines how to get full marks on the questions. If you disagree with a mark from a midterm, you can bring it up to him and he'll go over it with you. He's very fair and clear about his marking scheme. I would take him again in another class if possible.

Nice prof but does not keep his word. Available before and after class for help but he expects that you have already read the book before class starts. In class problems are helpful but study HARD for the mid-term and final. Does not cover material that is found on either test. If you like math you'll pass; otherwise, find a different prof!

Took Prof. Pestano for both ADMS 2320 and 3330 and just realized I have him for ADMS 3530 this upcoming semester too and am not disappointed at all. Irvin Pestano is a great professor that covers the material clearly. His lectures cover everything, he hints at what will be on the exams and goes through the review questions with the class clearly.

Every math/stats/accounting profs should teach like he does. He explains all the key concepts from ppt slides and go through all the review questions with his students. A lot of people find him very slow, but it's a lot better than some profs who doesn't merely explain anything. Very nice person as well.

Super fair and helpful. Replies to emails instantly and is always willing to stay back after class to answer any questions. He teaches slowly which really helps in grasping the material and he truly cares about his students. Definitely an A+ Prof!

I took both 3531 and 4540 with him, definitely a very knowledgeable, approachable professor! He speaks slowly and clearly to make sure you understand the material. He is very fair and nice to everyone in the class, if you make the decent effort, he will give you the grade you deserve! He is truly there to help you, definitely an A+ professor!

I am writing this review in his lecture. I am dying. I have to say he is a easy marker and so nice to everyone. But he is too slow, everything!!!!!!! I feel i cannot breath under his voice. 3 hours is too long for me. there are 10 markers for attendance and participation. if you can, please avoid him. OMG.... I am gonna kill myself.!!!!

He really cares about his students. He teaches very slow so it helps you grasp the concepts easily. Keep a clear and focused mind and just study HARD for the midterm and finals and you'll be fine. Really good professor in my opinion. He teaches in an eccentric way and he's funny. He talks slow so you get to understand the material more clearer. His slides information are to the point in a very simplistic way. He's very chill and marks really easy on the assignments. In this tutorial, he goes over problems that will be relevant to the exam.
