This is an excellent prof. While he definitely deserves to be Department Chair, in my opinion he should still the 2nd and 3rd year Thermofluids courses, and leave the upper year courses to the 'special' profs. Dr Friedman will do a better job of teaching the fundamentals.

This was a design course so there wasn't much teaching to be done. This course was very open-ended so it was good to do some real engineering, although according to some of my already-graduated seniors, like 5-6% of his info is outdated(like most common valve used in industry etc). But seems like a good, reasonably flexible prof.
