Comment:

Came straight from high school and I'm glad I had Prof Huss. He goes at a good pace & is very clear with what we should know. Study the guides and the quizzes will be a breeze. Homework everyday but it's short and simple. He's funny and is always willing to help. My only complaint is that his handwriting is kinda hard to read but nothing too bad.

Took multiple classes with Jacob, and all I can say is that he is the best! He's super funny and keeps class entertaining. Homework everyday, but it's for your own good! He's super helpful outside of class. A really good teacher. I definitely recommend!!

So midway into French 101 I realized I made a mistake. I have slogged my through so far. If you have difficulties learning french you should take professor Huss. He is awesome! He makes class fun, and he teaches relevant french. He really cares about every student. I actually enjoyed coming to his class. Thanks Jacob!

Great prof. To do well you should attend class everyday, the lectures I skipped I felt lost the next day, but was still able to catch on quickly but stressfully. If you go to class everyday you should have no problem Acing exams and the class.

Jacob is the best!! He's nice, isn't hard on grading (exams had up to 14 bonus points each). Lots of homework, but just like any other French level. Just try not to skip class!

He's always making jokes--sometimes weird or off-color ones--that make the class time go faster. What also makes class go faster: He lets out class early as soon as he's done explaining his lesson. Very easygoing. Homework every day, which he goes over in class. Lots of in-class activities and partner work. Easy grader, and lots of EC too.

Jacob is a very nice guy. He goes at a steady pace and he makes learning fun by cracking up jokes all the time. He has a very great sense of humor (half of the time he's always laughing in class). There's never a dull moment with him. Loves to teach french and makes it a fun and learning environment for everyone.

He is super nice and funny. The way he has his class set up makes it really easy to learn the material well and get A's on the tests. Even if you don't though, he offers so much extra credit that it's impossible to not get an A unless you don't do anything. I highly recommend him!
