Hilarious deadpan - really cracked us up and kept things interesting. You pretty much have to know where everything in the world is to do excellently, but he makes it all worth the effort. Great professor, amazingly knowledgeable.

I enoyed Geography I think for the sole purpose that he made it interesting. I was challenged, so I wasn't bored (all the time). I think I learned the most in that class than any other so far (not counting this semester).

he's cool in the fact that he doesn't use notes to lecture, not to mention he really knows his geography - plus it seems like a little bit about everything else. his class is hard though, and he seems to adjust your grade based on your effort -- go to class and read the book...and discuss it with 10 of your closest friends in Cummings Dining Hall.

Dead-ringer for Sean Connery. Don't wear your hat to class. You will learn more than you ever thought you could about smokehouses. Nice guy. Lectures off the top of head. Can be random at times. Understands needs of students. GO TO CLASS!
