take him you want to think out side the box he is very interesting and talks about real world issues his tests are a little hard but the way he grades make up for it and the papers are very easy to write

Great teacher, although he does go off on many tangents. Take this professor if you are interested in a different view of the world. Ignore previous comments his is not that bad. Those interested in environmentally economics or institutional economics take him before he retires in winter 2006.
