She was a really nice lady, as long as you show and do the work your guaranteed for an A. She's super understanding if you talk to her. She also gives you freedom over projects that you do with your client.

Janet is boring. She literally reads off her lecture from a notepad she carries. She always sends long emails in the subject line instead of the message box. Group projects are assigned and they make up the majority of your class grade. Only thing fun were the guest speakers and trips. Definition of a dinosaur.

It helps if you make an effort to show your enthusiasm for the class activities. Nearly 100% of your marks (aside from individual participation) are determined by group work. Groups were chosen by Janet - this can be good and bad. Overall, allow yourself to enjoy this class for what it is. A break from the norm and an easy A.

Janet is one of those profs who is still a student herself. She takes constructive criticism in stride and wants to make the course better for all. Never mind the easy grade, taking a course delivered by her is worth it for many more reasons than that. Fantastic all around.

Janet is amazing - she is a mentor more than a professor. She really understands collaboration and how to work in a diverse field. I have nothing but glowing things to say about her. Just be prepared to like group projects in her class tho -- make sure to speak up if there are problems!

Janet is phenomenal. Although she can come off as abrasive, Janet is actually the sweetest, most caring prof ever. Attendance is mandatory but class is always engaging. Guest speakers and field trips are awesome. This is a non-stress class as quizzes and projects are strictly creative. You're guaranteed an A as long as you show up. Take her class!

Janet is AWESOME. This is definitely not a traditional Uni course, but she is one of the most dedicated, sincere and helpful profs I have ever had. She genuinely cares about the content she teaches, and makes EVERY assignment a blast. Attendance is mandatory, which only means EASY MARKS! Almost all assignments were in class, with no exams! A+

AWESOME TEACHER. If you are use to the standard lecture, papers, mid-term and final Janet is not for you. Her classes are interesting and her assignments are abstract but you can relate everything back to communications. Great teacher! Highly recommend!

Very very smart lady, smarter than most people even think. Classes may be boring at times but Janet has had a crazy interesting life and you can learn tons from her if you actually "listen" to what she is saying. Highly recommended!
