Dr. Weaver was the worst psychology professor I had at Ferris. She was rude, went on random bunny trails, would get frustrated if someone didn't understand the material, and would repeat herself if you asked for an explanation. She's accessible during office hours, but she's crazy unorganized. I would never take her again.

Weaver is freaking hilarious. You seriously wouldn't want to skip class even if it was allowed because she's guaranteed to make you laugh in every class. She knows her material, gives ridiculous and semi inappropriate examples(which honestly helps you remember it better), and she will help you if you need it. Awesome class! Seriously, take it.

I loved, loved, loved this class. She is super interesting and gives good, detailed notes. You should read the book, but it's interesting material, so it's not so bad. She does a good job of explaining things in class and giving examples that everyone can understand. Tests are straight from the homework worksheets and study guides. Great Professor!

She makes her class really interesting with her habitual swearing. She knows how college students think. Lecture isn't too bad. Exams are easy, you can drop the last exam. The only bad thing is sometimes her jokes go a little far and she makes fun of you instead of helping you out. Overall not bad though, easy class.

Dr. Weaver is simply amazing! She's a wonderful advisor (she will help you out inside & outside the classroom w/ your homework or questions in general). Her classes are tough, but enjoyable. She's tough, but fair. She's hilarious & makes the material extremely relevant to everyday life. Outstanding professor!

She is the single best prof I've ever had. EVER! Yes her classes and tests are hard but if you pay attention and do the work you'll do fine. This class could have been so boring but she is so interesting and has the most colorful vocab that it's impossible to get tired! If I could go back and pick a different prof there's no way i ever would!

she lectures well, keeps students entertained & makes connections w/real life ex so material is understandable. shes a good professor, however she grades a bit harshly on exams. she is not lenient, answers have to be perfect w/nothing missing or else she'll dock pts. final is mandatory. exam material is straight from the book. the rat labs are fun.

This is the best Psyc. class I've had so far. Dr. Weaver is an unforgettable prof. with a great sense of humor and personality. As long as you come to class and pay attention, it's really easy because she tells hilarious stories to go along with the text.
