My class was partially online and it was pretty boring. Janie is not interesting and there is a lot of group work. Her exams are all multiple choice but they aren't easy questions. There are too many assignments and weekly work. I suggest taking it with someone else, you will benefit more from them.

There is a lot of group work but if you take the part online course it is pretty easy. She marks homework easy but for the tests she doesn't prepare you enough.Unless you memorize the textbook for the tests you won't get an A on them.

I took a partially online course with here and it was soooo boring. She does not go over her lecture notes in class, expects you to do it on your own time. Her class is boring and everything was done in group work. Would not take a class with her again. Tests were hard because answers for M/C were so similar. All tests M/C & T/F no written.

I fell asleep 4 times during her lecture and I never fall asleep during ANY lecture!!! Tests are frickin hard. Uses some weird formula which gives you either 1/2 mark or 1 mark or no mark at all! Word of advice: only pick one answer when she asks you for 2. One time, there were only 10 ppl in the classroom. about 10 dropped out after 1st exam.

awesome teacher! if you're not interested in crim, then don't bother, but if you are then step into her classroom. lots to learn, good work load, not too much. she provides notes for each chapter, gives bonus assignments regularly to help u out!
