She's a decent artist but not qualified to teach digital media, let alone game design. I'll be kind of excited when she leaves so the department (Interactive Arts and Sciences) and grow into something more substantial.

Jean is a space cadet. She teaches courses she knows nothing about, and loves to talk jiberish. She's the chair of the department but has actually messed it up more than the liberals did Canada. Don't bother explaining stuff to her, she won't get it. I wasn't impressed!

friendly=yes..qualified...NO. Unfortuneately-very limited knowledge about programs instructs despite resume. Consistently too much talk time (timed avg 4 of 5 hr lec/lab course) w/ limited lab access. Seems disorganized. I disagree, i feel that Jean is a highly qualified professor. She is very approachable, and always willing to give input and help you improve your work. She may seem scatterbrained, but she has a lot on her plate... shes's the chair, she cant be everywhere all the time, and she does the best she can. great prof..

Worst Prof Ive ever had. Always late, constantly wasted our time. Doesnt know anything about most of the software she teaches. Learns how to use it herself as she lectures. Digital Imaging could have been the best class, but she made it the worst.
