Poor teacher, you will find that classes are tedious and that the material is sometimes quite ambiguous. The tests you get during the semestre are a joke however, his final exam is totally different and doesn't really use the course material that you spent time on in class. A bad teacher

Brutal prof, he just rambles on about nothing and most of what he talks about has nothing to do with test material. I think he's slowly losing his mind. He yells at anyone who even whispers during class, and then wastes 5 minutes giving us a speach about not talking during class. He did that all year and it was so annoying.

JOKES; not so good. hard to understand because he mumbles. Also, he seems to talk about random stuff that goes threw his mind during class. Only 4-5 times per semester was his lecture useful. Definatly, no need to attend class.

Yeah, not only did this guy confuse me beyond belief, but he also made the students feel like idiots for asking questions - even if they were legitimate/necessary... I think it was his way of dealing with his own shortcomings (i.e. complete incommunicability, being perma-fried, and general unattractiveness). Boooo!

This class was definately not geared toward linguistic students... When you are lost from day one its a horrible sign. The notes were so unorganized you can't even understand your own notes. The midterm was easy but the final Completley different. I was intrested in this course but wish i understood the class more.

This class is a snore fest! He's so boring, doesn't speak very clearly and can be very slow and contradict himself. Thank God I had friends in that class to ease the pain of boredom. Also, he's doesn't get it that the course is boring when 1/4 of the class is left for the second half.
