She's never there when you need her and can be really mean. Don't drink on the first day of class because she'll embarrass you. Lab is fast, she'll allow you to get in and get out.

Lab was pretty much worthless this semester, I did well but learned nothing. The only two days I had a valuable lab, were the two days she was gone. She's probably a good chemist, but a very poor teacher.

Please do not take her class unless you're willing to learn on your own. She does not explain problems well. If you ask her how to work a problem she will just give you the answer, but she won't clearly explain how she got to the answer. In order to get through her class I had to get tutored everyday and study a lot on my own.

Lecture portion of lab was useless as it was a recap of what is in the lab manual. To me, her presence in lab was only to insure no one was eating or drinking. She added no additional value! Her attitude regarding teaching us was lukewarm. She made students feel as if they were in kindergarten with her manner and way she spoke.

she is the worst teacher. doesn't teach,just reads off of the paper. doesn't help students. SO BORING! can't pronounce names correctly. lousy at explaining stuff. her class will NOT prepare you for Chem 1A. i can learn this stuff myself. pick anyone else but her. do yourself a favor.
