Dr. Jasperse is an amazing professor and really knows his stuff, plus he loves his students and wants them to succeed. However, his expectations are high for his classes and he expects them to know a lot of detail. Go to every class, study well in advance for exams and know every detail. One of the hardest classes I've taken but also so interesting

JAsperse is great, but his class is really really hard. Expect to relisten to the lectures, write a crazy amount of notes, and study a whole lot. Unfortunately, he is kind of the only option for Physiology. Even so, he really does care and would love to meet with you if you don't understand something and is always available during labs to help.

Great guy. good professor. A little confusing at times, but he'll clarify if you talk to him outside of class. Tests are multiple choice and long answer but he prepares you for them well with study guides. Labs are fun and most of the time you get out early.

knows material. very helpful. encourages students not to use book, unless for extra clarification. he does good job with presenting the material in an understandable manner. an "integrative" test giver...can't just memorize concepts and facts...must understand. pick his brain go in for help. I was taking this w/ OCHEM II(very time-consuming)

I've never opened the book, and got As on both tests so far because he lectures very well. The material is hard, but he is helpful, and does a good job at explaining. He also makes dry, funny jokes, and his labs are fun. He's a cool guy just to talk to, and he'll move a test if it's a busy day.

he knows what he teaches, is very clear with his notes, is EXTREMELY understanding as a teacher (for stuff like having 2 tests on 1 day, he'll reschedule stuff), but very demanding, just cause the subject is demanding
