The only grading in the whole class is 3 things: once a week in class quizzes ( which are derived from reading) writing 3 sermons, and presenting one of those three sermons. sometimes deadlines got confusing but he is a good grader and actually cares and wants you to succeed. go to class. he is super wise.

Comment:

Very intelligent. I was surprised to find that he is a DMin, rather than a PhD (though he did study at Gordon-Conwell, which is a very academic seminary). Very well-respected in his primary field of homiletics. His philosophical knowledge is probably better (and more recent) than all of the other professors. He's helping me apply to grad school.

READ THE BOOK! I guess I wasn't paying attention when he said he would ask you on the test if you had read it. And if you want an A, you have to work very very hard on his papers. He is very meticulous and you should talk to him and ask him what he's looking for, or you probably won't get it.
