I'd rather listen to Miley Cyrus for my entire life than sit in guy's class. He is VERY unfriendly and it's not about how easy he is, it's about HOW BORING HE IS. I could never pay attention in his class. He rambles about sports all the time. He'll teach more than the class is scheduled for; dont expect to get out early.

all you have to do is show up and take notes to be able to do well. His tests are very fair and you have an option of which essays to respond to. Mostly common sense things that you should have learned somewhere in high school. Made the class pretty interesting, no papers, just 4 tests. take it.

A real expert in politics, you'll learn things from him that textbooks will not teach you. He seriously should write one of those "wit and wisdom" books. He's very blunt, but he will give you his respect if you deserve it. FYI: he's not always there during office hours, so be sure to check with him first, and he's not good with his Wagner email.

If you fail this man's class, you should just jump. He isn't as hard as many think, & yes, he doesn't want to come off as your friend. But, he will teach you to get things in when there due, and apply his real life experience to the classroom. There are no suprises in his class, follow the syllabus.
