good way to start at Clemson... she is extremely fair and if you bring up and argument against hers be prepaired for statistics and figures because she will argue back... actually quite fun to watch... Take her class!!

This teacher was really great. The class is not easy and definitely requires a lot of work, but it was a fun class. I actually liked going to it and getting into conversations. She is really awesome outside of class too. If you take her, be sure to stop by her office just to say "hi" she really is a cool person to talk to. It is not an easy class.

I liked this teacher but at first I had serious doubts. the first book we read was political, that bothered me. I went to ask why we read it, and she explained her motive for every book on the syllabus. after that I liked her. if you question her, she'll explain. most teachers just dismiss you.

Yay, I learned something in English finally. She takes the class seriously, sometimes too seriously. BUT i have to admit i learned- a lot. All of the material is interesting- most are entertaining. Tests are not too hard. But quizes are. I appreciated how she incorporated literary criticisms. one of my favorite academic classes.

Great teacher, very knowledgeable. The class was demanding, but not too bad. Participation is important, but discussions were usually good. Interesting reading. If you can't write: you can't write, it's not her fault. I can't believe how bad the writing is of the average college student. geez.

TOO MANY QUIZZES! The quizzes dont always reflect your knowledge of the material either. Also, I took AP English in a High School thats known for its English program, and she tore my papers apart. If its not her way, then its wrong. I wouldnt take her again.

The rater before me is really shooting credibility to hell by calling the rest of us crazy. Loved the class. If you didn't get the books, you didn't pay attention. The comics were great. Much more interesting that the usual lit. Take a class with this prof. She gave helpful conferences for papers.

This class was awful! She makes you read the most random books, and she is VERY bias! It doesn't really matter though cause she is leaving anyways, but if she happens to stay, DON'T take her! She hates when you don't speak up, and then if you do speak up and she doesn't like it, she ingore it.

These people are crazy! She gives a lot of quizzes, and makes you read some very werid stuff. Comic books and stuff that makes no sense. I would not recommend her to anyone!! Not an easy class. She is always late and the only good thing was you can get out early.Her opinion is right!
