Comm major looking for a journalism course... took a comm related journalism course. Lipschultz teaches this course like you are a criminal justice major. The course is interesting but also boring.. not very clear expectations. However, easy grader. The pace of the online class is just right. One large paper - two small exams (midterm and final).

Needed upper level JMC course. This course sounded interesting. Absolutely know nothing of law relation so it came as a surprise when he lectures like you are a law major. Professor Lipschultz knows communication law very well and is a great instructor. Although his lectures can be long, I learned a lot. Our speakers were interesting and provided real-world examples of communication law in the workplace. One issue I had was his expectations for formatting papers and discussion board posts, they were unclear.

Was not helpful for me at all. Gave me a low grade on an assignment I turned in on time because HE was having issues with the link. He wasn't clear about assignments. The class wasnt my worst though we did have great speakers and I did learn a lot.
