He is trying so hard to help the ua get out of the stone age of the things, he is a very talented guy who has a lot to offer the university. He strives for perfection in band and there is nothing wrong with that, if you do not want to grow as a performer go do a recital in the concert hall.

Strict, but gets the job done. Great guy, especially outside classroom setting. It you are willing to work, he will work with your schedule. My friend died after marching band season was over, and he called me into his office to talk about it. He was genuinely concerned with my well-being.

Horrible! I was in band for 4 years and to this day I still flinch when he starts talking on the Long Ranger. Needs to stick to Ladies Hogwild and small ensembles. More work with directing and direction giving.
