The class was great. We had homework questions thatwe would asnswer based on who she asked. there was a report on Hotel Rwanda. A group project on an African country. A few extra credit papers. We watched about 3 or 4 videos. SHe is fun. nice and talks alot. We don't cover all the material becuase she talks alot but it is a great class

I thought she was an excellent teacher. She was always very organized, all of our assignments were very clear and well thought out, and made class enjoyable. She let students speak in my class whenever they raised their hand. One of my favorite professors!

Comment:

It is very clear that her knowledge of Africa comes from a book. Talks as though Africa is one big country. Despite that, you'll learn it's actually 54 countries for a 4th-grade-style map test. 6-8 pages on Hotel Rwanda is a joke. NEVER lets her students talk other than to answer the reading ?s & even then interrupts them. Like elementary school.
