Jill is the sweetest professor I know! Her lectures are very heavy and some days you just want to miss, but its a lot better if you don't. She keeps record of your attendance and only grades you on exams. If you just show up and take good notes, you'll pass!

Comment:

Carrington is a sweet, caring lady. She goes out of her way to greet, get to know, and give good feedback to her students. She provides a study guide with the answers for you to study before the test. The ID's and the essay can be a challenge, but if you learn how to study for them, they become a breeze. She is passionate about Art History.

Thinks that her class is the only one you're taking. Tries to act like that art appreciation is a art class for art majors and tries to give you an undergrad in art in a semester. Very rude with student very sporadic and eccentric.

She's a great lady, but don't miss her class too often. After the third absence, she'll contact your advisor and put an alert out on you in the academic warning system. She gives 9 absences total, after which you'll fail her class. Study her power points online and take notes in class, and you'll do just fine. She's very passionate about her class!

Jill loves what she does so class can be quite fun at times. She gives you all the answers to the test on her study guide and goes over the essays. 7 ID questions that are pretty easy as well.

Took her for 3 dif ART HIS classes. Very smart lady, if you have an interest in the subject its great, if not then why take the class. Tests are straight from study guides. Pay attention and take good notes and no need for the book/although it helps. STRICT grader, wouldnt bump me to a B with a 79.8 average.

She is so sweet! Very nice and helpful. You can tell she is there because she wants to see you succeed and she loves her subject. The only trouble I had was she is very soft spoken and her lectures are pretty boring and hard to pay attention to. Tests are easy as long as you study well. I suggest going to her SI meetings in the AARC. Take her!

I like how she handles stupid questions professionally. I recommend her if you're taking Survey I. It's not a blow off class, but the text book isn't required. She bases her tests on slideshows and they are fill in the blank but not as hard as it sounds!! Take Her!!!

One of the best teachers I have ever had. Sometimes boring but also at times very interesting. She knows her stuff and wants you to learn it. Take good notes every day. If you know the study guide then you will do fine... her tests come STRAIGHT FROM THE STUDY GUIDE!!! there are not any quizzes... boring to sit through but if you put in the time its easy (i suggest making notecards!)

She was an amazing teacher. Anyways for art appreciation, the way to get an A was by doing well on the quizzes, taking good notes, and studying the old quizzes for test. The test questions were the same as the quiz. Don't worry about buying the book because she keeps on hold in the library.

She's a little boring and really nerdy, but a really nice lady. This is an easy A. She give's daily quizzes from the previous lecture (not hard) and 2 exams which are DIRECTLY from the quizzes. Lots of extra points on every quiz and exam. Daily quizzes were 60% of grade, mid-term and final was 20% each. Take this class, you will make an A.

I can't remember the numbers, but she was an awesome teacher. She really loves the subject and she was one of the best teachers I ever had. Any problems I had in the class was because I was too lazy.
