Give me a break. This guy THINKS he's a genius. The book that he contributed to writing is littered with horrible grammar. This course was a bunch of wishy-washy garbage that is simply not used! He's also quite condescending ... he didn't quite understand that many of us were changing careers and thus had actually experienced the work world.

He appreciates student's participation. If you are a lazy person, you will be in a big trouble. Do not judge him only because you failed a course (there must be a reason that only you know about). His attitude helps students being involved in all class activities. You can negotiate with him.
