I was surprised at the bad reviews on here because I though Dr. Clark was a great professor! You absolutely have to go to class and pay attention because it can get very confusing, but I think he explained difficult concepts well, and explained them multiple times in different ways so the students would understand. He's so nice, and is open to Qs.

2 m.c/l.a tests on whole book at 35% and 55%, 8-10 participation assignments if he keeps up with course material. A puppet repeating whatevers in the book, no innovative ideas, traditional thinking, shames his students. Was hard keeping awake in lectures, but attend cause he tests on youtube/videos.

Really enjoyed Jim as a professor. It's obvious he has a specialty in teaching students the fundamentals of running a business. Jim is very flexible and accomodating towards all students! Thanks for showing us the ropes Jim! #MGT3806

Personally my worst prof so far, his lectures are very long & boring, he is very monotone which is hard to follow. There were only two exams 40% and 50% both on 5-6 chapters, which are both hard. His slidesnotes are not helpful. He doesn't answer emails. This is a hard class & he didn't help make it any easier with his teaching skills. Unsatisfied

Clark is a truly kind person. He wants his students to do well and he rewards effort even if you don't get the concepts. Not the greatest teaching style but I learned a lot.

PSYC 4100 is a brutal class! Jim is very mono-toned and does not try all that hard to make the class interesting. He's not very good at trying different ways to explain the same material. Absolutely terrible class!

Such a nice person, but absolutely brutal at teaching this class. He obviously knows all there is to know about stats, but lacks any ability to transfer that knowledge in an understandable way to students. It has been so frustrating being in this class.

EXTEMELY boring! Talks in a monotone voice and talks with his hands like crazy= it's annoying. Waste of time. YOu will literally fall asleep in his class. Not enthusiastic what-so-ever.

He is a very nice guy. However if you want to survive his class - take the early class. Drink lots of coffee/tea and keep your mind alive. He does have a very monotone voice - which is great for foreign language speakers usually - but lacks the manifestation of passion.

like the textbook he uses, but that's all he is. Doesn't have any voice of his own, just want is said in the book. Gives out written notes. Some questions on tests and trick-i-ly phrased and mess you up. Copies majority of test and exam questions from the publisher's practice tests, and also uses the same questions from unit tests on the exam.

Super nice guy, tries his hardest. Tests are mainly made up of questions that the text made themselves. Check out the publishers website for practise questions. He adds his own in there from studies he presents in class and from the videos we watch. Go to class if you want to get the marks for those questions.
